The challenge consisted of implementing innovative solutions for user support management in the Judiciary Power Services Portal (Jus.br) to assist users with support issues, guidance, training, and complaints. The solution was divided into two levels:
Level 1 - Intelligent Agent (AI):
Continuous knowledge management with real-time updates
Knowledge categorization and user input interpretation
Integration with support portal and extensible documentation
FAQ management for contractors
Level 2 - Human Support:
Personalized human assistance when AI responses are insufficient
Ticket creation and real-time chat for complex activities
Integration with existing Virtual Counter channels
Professional routing system for CNJ, courts, and private institutions

An intelligent chatbot (chatterbot) available 24/7 with real-time updated information and Live Helper Chat (LHC) integration.
